Honouring Community Helpers Through Art

May 01st, 2025

On 1st May 2025, DPS Gaya organised a Painting Competition for students of Classes 3 to 5 on the theme Community Helpers. The competition was held in the respective classrooms, allowing students to participate in a familiar environment. The event aimed to nurture creativity and appreciation for essential service providers in our society. From Class 3, Rishi Kumar (3H) secured the 1st prize, followed by Divyanshi (3J) in 2nd place and Viraj amGupta (3D) in 3rd place. In Class 4, Zainab Imran (4I) won the 1st prize, Supriya Kumari (4H) secured 2nd, and Rajnandani (4D) came 3rd. Among Class 5 students, Shreya Kanchan (5H) bagged the 1st prize, while Samarth Sharan (5E) and Akshat Kumar (5I) earned the 2nd and 3rd prizes respectively. The competition saw enthusiastic participation and highlighted the students artistic talents and their awareness of the importance of community helpers.
